Impact Hub Ottawa is growing. Do you want to help us take it to the next level by joining our Board of Directors?

2017 is an exciting year for Impact Hub Ottawa with a new home, new membership model, and new partnerships. We are seeking new members to join our Board of Directors to help support our growth.

More specifically, our Board of Directors is seeking one to two positions to be filled by a current or past member, or a strong affiliate, to represent member needs and contribute to hands-on feedback and experiences to our strategic planning.

Impact Hub Ottawa is a not-for-profit and our Board of Directors provides valuable strategic advice and support to the operational team as well as being responsible for the hiring and management of the Managing Director.

 

Criteria:

  • To love Ottawa
  • To have past or current experience as an Impact Hub Ottawa member
  • To have an interest in the social enterprise and social innovation sector
  • To be enthusiastic about doing good better

 

In addition to the above criteria we are seeking individuals that align with our organizational values:

Commitment:

Impact Hub Ottawa’s Board of Directors meets regularly once a quarter but flexibility to participate between quarterly meetings may be required.
