On November 3, join Monica to learn why healthy relationships are key to effective governance and organizational success, and – just as importantly – how to build and maintain them.
You’ll leave with practical tips on how to assess and work toward the health of some of the most important relationships in your organization.
Monica Chohan is an Ottawa-based lawyer, facilitator and strategic advisor. Through her legal practice at Chohan Law, Monica advises not-for-profit boards on a wide range of governance and risk management issues. She also provides informative and engaging board training workshops. Alongside Chohan Law, Monica pursues her love of strategic planning, team building and facilitation at Wilbrod House Consulting. She enjoys putting her creative and strategic side to work on projects with not-for-profits, social enterprises and entrepreneurs who are trying to do better by their teams, communities, and the planet.
