About this event:
We spend a large proportion of our waking lives at work. So much so that our workplaces can have a huge influence on our psychological safety and well-being, either lifting us up and helping us grow, or burning us out.
Join this Brown Bag Lunch to hear from organizational psycholgist and Impact Hub Ottawa Creativity Coach Eve Blouin-Hudon. Learn how to intentionally craft work environments that foster psychological safety and can have significant outcomes for employees and businesses, including:
- Reaching business goals,
- Higher performance, and
- Increased well-being and creativity.
Eve Blouin-Hudon is an expert on well-being and innovation. She is an organizational psychologist at Shopify, where she supports growth through interdisciplinary collaboration, the design of new tools, processes, and systems, and the development of new behaviours and attitudes. She also co-owns a music and art collective, building immersive experiences with partners like SAW gallery, the Ontario Arts Council, the Ottawa Art Gallery, and the National Arts Centre.
Brown Bag Lunches are Impact Hub Ottawa’s weekly lunch & learns led by Hubbers, for members and non-members alike. Topics vary each week, but you’re always sure to learn something new!
