Morning Meditation with Meghan Johnston First Tuesday of the Month 8:30-9:00 am   In this 30 mins guided Morning Meditation we will explore different benefits and techniques of meditation. Sessions will be experiential and will be followed by an optional 15 mins of discussion – a great opportunity to chat about your experience while building community. You’ll be seated in a chair the whole time so there is no need to bring or wear anything special. This session is for everyone – beginners welcome!     Meghan Johnston is a Yoga & Wellness Educator with a passion for empowering others to reframe their relationship with stress. She works with groups and individuals to promote deeper understandings of the mind-body relationship while equipping them with tangible tools to live more vibrant lives. Meghan’s offerings are dynamic, accessible and geared to supporting all styles of learning. She  provides a memorable and impactful experience by weaving her training with international organization Yoga Medicine, alongside her past work experience in higher education, where she provided training and programming to students on wellness and community building.   Back to all Events
