DESCRIPTION:Wednesday\, September 2nd at noon\, Impact Hub Ottawa and Studio Canek will host a Pilot Kickoff and Info Session\, to discuss all things related to podcasting at IHO\, including an overview of the technology\, and our plans and goals for the studio. \n  \nYou might’ve heard about a podcast studio in the works at Impact Hub Ottawa (IHO). Located on the 6th floor in the East Wing\, we’ve been working hard at setting up and planning to have the space open to book in the coming weeks. \nWe are happy to share that international audio storytelling expert\, journalist\, founder of Studio Canek\, and member of our very own Climate Academy Program\, Conrad Fox is a partner of the studio\, providing his expert guidance to ensure the space is equipped to provide a professional audio recording experience. \nWe are starting with a “Pilot Phase” of the studio\, and Conrad with Hub Team member Rachel will host a Pilot Kickoff and Info Session this Wednesday at noon\, to discuss all things related to podcasting at IHO\, including an overview of the technology\, and our plans and goals for the studio. \nThe Pilot Phase includes hands-on “Office Hours” at noon with Conrad and free supervised recording sessions for the next few weeks\, during which the studio will be open to explore the equipment.
