[POSTPONED] Simple Actions Matter™: Community-based marketing 101

Featuring Hubber and Co-Steward Stuart Hickox of the ONE Campaign
Thursday October 12th, 12-1pm Due to a scheduling conflict, this Brown Bag Lunch is POSTPONED until a later date. Apologies for the late notice!

Want to change the world? We don’t need more solar panels, we need better engagement and participation, and less cynicism. This short talk will highlight low-cost ways to empower people, to broaden participation, overcome disengagement, and generate measurable, verifiable program results.

Stuart Hickox is a specialist in community-based social marketing, with over 20 years experience. He’s currently Canada Director for The ONE Campaign, and previously was founder & president of One Change, an award-winning NGO that mobilized tens of thousands of volunteers to promote simple actions as a gateway to broad participation in energy conservation and environmental programs in Canada and the US.

Brown Bag Lunches are free for members but open to everyone. Reserve your spot through Eventbrite (be sure to select the right date when purchasing your tickets) and remember to bring your lunch! 🙂
