About this event:
Life is full of challenges. Some are bigger than others, but everyone faces them nevertheless. Whenever challenges come our way, most people say we can choose to either run away from them or run toward them.
Join us at this Brown Bag Lunch to explore the practical ways to overcome challenges by not running away or towards them but simply holding your ground. We will explore how to recover from challenges and grow from them and become a better version of yourself.
Milind Kumar is a high school student in Ottawa who values helpfulness, accountability, and ambition. He has an excellent combination of leadership abilities, intelligence, and curiosity to learn more while questioning the status quo. Most importantly, he continues to choose joy while facing the difficulties life has to offer, like cancer. His infectious personality rubs off on others, making him a force to be reckoned with.
