Have you ever felt overwhelmed or frustrated when you were in charge? Have you wondered if there’s a better way to be an effective leader? We get it! Join session 3 of the 4-part conversational series Courage to Lead, co-hosted by Leslie and Dannielle from Transform Together, as we delve into the world of leadership, entrepreneurship and community shaping.
This session points to how we as leaders can create systemic change. We will look at some traditional and non-traditional approaches to affecting change, with an eye to using contradiction to unearth new ways of disrupting the status quo. Conversations about why we need a variety of different thinkers and approaches to change will also be offered.
