No experience is necessary! Marianne works as an arts administrator, and in her spare time, she attends life drawing workshops around the city and paints portraits in oil. Marianne will present a few examples, talk about her experience with life drawing and portraiture, and do a short demo. Her friend will serve as a (clothed!) model. Participants will sketch the model from life and will be free to ask for feedback or hide their work from their colleagues -- no judgment! All are welcome, members and non-members! In this Tweakshop, hubbers are invited to sketch a portrait of a model from life and learn basic drawing and observational techniques. No experience is necessary! Marianne works as an arts administrator, and in her spare time, she attends life drawing workshops around the city and paints portraits in oil.
